François DE LA CHEVALERIE span over 35 years. Since 2010, he is the CEO of ITgium, headquarters in Hong Kong, on one hand, a trading company (flows of goods between China PRC and México) and, on the other hand, a technological cluster with a special focus on chemistry.

Since its creation, ITGIUM brought together a wide range of inventors and researchers involved in various fields as, for instance, decontamination, treatment of hazardous material, sediment valorization, recycling, and energy efficiency. Member of the Charles de Gaulle Foundation (since 2001), board member (2002-2005), from time to time, he expresses his views for newspapers (les Echos, Le Monde, China Daily, Arab News, etc.).

Gilles has more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience in business strategy and digital marketing consulting.

He has led technological innovation projects (development of concrete solutions, project management) in the fields of artificial intelligence and trusted cybersecurity.

Benaddi Nazha worked for many years in the civil service, in the communications and general resources department, where she developed solid skills in organisation, management and internal communications.

Now a young retiree, she is putting her experience to good use in the voluntary sector, with the same rigour, the same commitment and a real sense of community.

Stephane MORTIER,       ✉️

After a 20 year military career, 15 of which as head of business intelligence in an interministerial environment, Stephane Mortier is currently a specialist consultant.

He has a good knowledge of Africa, where he taught business strategy and OHADA corporate law, and helped to set up the « Institut Africain de la Réflexion Stratégique ».

He holds a doctorate in management science and teaches regularly at a number of business schools in France and abroad. He has published numerous scientific and popular books and articles on business intelligence, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.

Richard Lemaire is an entrepreneur and innovator in the field of business intelligence. Co-founder of niiwaa, a multilingual business intelligence platform, Richard has transformed his vision into a revolutionary technology solution that helps businesses navigate the complex global information landscape.

Before co-founding niiwaa, Richard had a varied and international career. A PHELMA engineer by training, he travelled to many countries (Burkina Faso, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Côte d’Ivoire), acquiring a rich and diverse experience. He finally settled in Savoie, France, where he set about digitally transforming a market intelligence firm, laying the foundations for what was to become niiwaa.

Richard Lemaire is also known for his commitment to authentic and relevant information. He has participated in various conferences and events to share his vision and promote the importance of business intelligence. Among his notable achievements, niiwaa was a finalist for the Trophées PME RMC in the Digital Transformation category, a testament to the platform’s significant impact on the market.

Richard is a father of four and a keen traveller. His international experience and ability to adapt to different environments have been major assets. He continues to lead a multicultural team, reflecting the diversity and inclusivity that are at the heart of niiwaa’s mission.

Business consultant Middle East with over 25 years of experience in international relations, humanitarian operations, and project management. Former UN WFP staff member with 13+ years leading large-scale humanitarian projects in Iraq and Jordan. Served as an international expert evaluating donor-funded initiatives in post-2003 Iraq, and as a diplomat in Paris and represented Iraq’s Ministry of Higher Education in many international events.
Currently advising French companies on strategic partnerships in Iraq, with a focus on business development under the 2023 France-Iraq Comprehensive Cooperation Treaty. Honorable candidate at the French-Iraqi Business Council.
